Our bodies are like a fish bowl.  If we take a fish bowl, and add water and a fish we have created a system of balance.  As long as we take care of the water in the bowl, the fish thrive and the system remains in balance.

The outside of the fish bowl equals the outside of our body.  Our skin, muscles and bone hold our organs and body fluids inside.

The water in the fish bowl equals the water (or body fluids) inside our body, which is roughly 75% water.

The fish equals one of the trillions of cells in our body.  Each cell is made up of roughly 96% water. 

What happens to the fish in the bowl, if we do not take care of the water?  The fish slowly down and eventually dies.  The fluids in our body are very similar.  IF we do not take care of the body fluids, the cells cease to function correctly, and will become sick, resulting in illness, disease, premature death.  This dirty fish bowl in our bodies is called "Acidosis" or "Toxicity".
